Depending on your mobility level Agreement and Learning Agreement/Activity Plan (only if different in the submitted application) need to be signed and stamped by your Home Institution, then by your Host Institution, and finally sent to the Project Coordinators (City University London).
This can be done via scanned copies of the document or via post:

For EM SECRET participants:

Upon arrival at your host instituion all EM SECRET participants are requested to fill out the Arrival Notice. Remember about submitting your boarding pass together with the Arrival Notice to the EM SECRET contact person at the host university.

Please remember to keep your visa application receipt (orginal) and provide it together with completed form to contact person at EU partner institution (home or host).


During the mobility at the host instituions all Masters are requested to fill in the Progress Report after completing the semester. Students only for 1 semester are filling in only Final Report after completing their first semester. Students for 2 semesters, after completing first semester are filling in Progress Report and after completing the 2 semester Final Report, etc. Doctorates are requested to complete Progress Reports every two months and Final Report after completing the whole mobility duration. Post-Doctorates and Staff members are asked to complete only the Final Report at the end of their mobility.



Before departure from your host instituion all EM SECRET participants are requested to complete the Departure Notice. Please remeber to attach boarding passes from your return trip and provide it to Em SECRET contact person at your home university. If you are TG2 mobility please provide this to City University London.

EM SECRET mobility is insured with MARSH S.A. as per minimum insurance requirements by EACEA.
